CEODominique, in her capacity of Chief Executive Officer brings over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to Christies International Real Estate Barbados. Dominique has held executive management positions with respected major global brands throughout her career. This is not her first time with Christies international Real Estate, having held the position of Vice President of marketing and business development for Christie's International Real Estate Barbados 2014- 2018. While with Christie's, she attended many global conferences and earned the exclusive certification as a luxury real estate specialist! Having been away from the brand for the last five years, when the opportunity arose to return to the brand, not only did she consider the market in Barbados, but immediately expanded her horizons to include Jamaica. Dominique is now the Principal of not only CIRE Barbados but also CIRE Jamaica.
Dominique is a Qualified Broker in Barbados, where she also owns and operates the Christies International Real Estate Brand that is “relaunching” in March 2024, and under her current boutique firm, Barbados Luxury Listings where she has exquisite, curated listings not only in Barbados but regionally. She is focused on developer relationships having stewarded the many significant developments across the Caribbean, where she puts her expertise to work directing the real estate marketing and sales for her clients with a portfolio that represents over USD$350 million dollars in real estate investment. Her unique developer relationship management has seen her offering her services to developers in Barbados St. Lucia and Jamaica, all while curating a collection of the best in beautiful properties that Barbados.

Dominique is a Graduate of The University of Western Ontario, London Ontario Canada, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration. She holds Citizenship in Jamaica, Barbados, and Canada bringing that regional focus with an international flair to all her client relationships.
